The Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM) is located in the city of Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada, approximately 7.4 kilometers east northeast of downtown Moncton. It is the largest airport in Atlantic Canada, and serves as a major hub for both domestic and international travel.
The airport was originally named Greater Moncton International Airport, but was renamed in 2016 in honor of former Governor General Roméo LeBlanc. It is designated as an international airport by Transport Canada, and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). CBSA officers at this airport can currently handle aircraft with up to 300 passengers, although planes as large as the 580 passenger Boeing 747 have been handled.
